Here we constructed single storey extension to the rear of the property. The project included interior alterations to form new kitchen dining room and patio. Bi-fold doors were added to create a large opening to the patio.

This is a comprehensive two storey extension which initially required removal of the old conservatory. A new sun room was constructed with a bedroom and en-suite on the first floor. Landscaping was carried out to the front and rear.
